I have lived on Vashon Island for eighteen years. 

My Island lifestyle has included raising two sons who were 

both born here; running my own businesses for over twelve 

years; and actively participating in the schools, scouting, 

junior rowing and much other community involvement.

I moved here because I fell in love with the rural, 

neighborly feel of the Island, and Vashon turned out to be 

the wonderful place that I hoped it would be. I conduct 

my business in a way that supports Vashon retaining its 

truly unique character and vibrancy.

My areas of expertise are in buying and selling residential 

real estate and raw land. I have many years experience 

buying and selling my own personal properties on Vashon, 

including being instrumental in developing a planned 

community and building and remodeling single family homes.
